Architectural Drafter

We are looking for experienced architectural drafters with a desire to work on a variety of project types and play an integral part of our design-focused team.

Job Requirements:  

• 3+ years experience

• Use AutoCad and Sketchup to create construction documents

• Understand residential construction methods and details

• Develop and articulate design alternatives

• Advance drawings per company standards and redlines

• Consult building and zoning codes

• Measure and document existing construction

• Speak with clients and builders about projects

• Keep detailed time and activity logs
